SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV “5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”

What a wonderful and loving world this would be if we practiced:

Fast from hurting words and say kind words.

Fast from sadness and be filled with gratitude.

Fast from anger and be filled with patience.

Fast from pessimism and be filled with hope.

Fast from worries and trust in God.

Fast from complaints and contemplate simplicity.

Fast from pressure and be prayerful.

Fast from bitterness, fill your heart with joy.

Fast from selfishness and become compassionate.

Fast from grudges and be reconciled.

Fast from words, be silent and listen.

PRAYER: Help me Lord to not get so caught up with myself that I forget that you created me to be a blessing to others and to honor YOU! Help me to remember the sacrifice that you made for me by taking all of my sins to the cross, shedding YOUR blood to cleanse me and then offered to me salvation. Help me to pay it forward!  THANK YOU, IN JESUS NAME. AMEN!

Rise Up…Speak Up…Impact:

For Such a Time as This!

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; endure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.  Proverbs 31:8-9 (NLT)
